QS Solutions was found by Justin Sheridan in 2001 to provide quality property depreciation, capital works/sinking fund, and reinstatement reports at competitive prices. QS Solutions operate nationally and service all capital cities and regional areas with a standard fee structure.
Justin Sheridan has over twenty five years of building consulting experiences. Initially, he worked for a national quantity surveying company as a senior quantity surveyor where he developed the company’s speciality depreciation and capital works/sinking fund software and obtained Australia wide experience preparing these reports for major commercial, industrial, retail and residential projects.
Justin’s experience as a builder labourer, site engineer and project manager in his earlier years have been critical in providing a well-rounded view of the building industry.
Justin enjoys being a casual staff member at the University of New South Wales and the University of Technology Sydney. He has taught Construction Estimating, Cost Planning and Building Services at both universities for the last 15 years. While the challenges of teaching a class of 150 students can be demanding, student appreciation makes it worth the effort.
Away from work, Justin enjoys time with his family and friends and would like to have enough time to complete his house and garden renovations.
